When Regulation D was first announced Kleavor saw some usage due to his signature move Stone Axe which could deal heavy blows against strong flying-type Pokémon such as the Genies, Sharpness as well as new Grass Pokémon in the meta means that we could see players testing Kleavor again in VGC.
Another ability change that might be significant is Empoleon’s access to Competitive, the water and steel Pokémon might see usage as the meta develops, especially if Intimidate users such as Landorous maintain their high pick rate.

If you have followed VGC in previous Pokémon games you already know some of these moves will instantly be picked up by both new and old Pokémon. Offensive moves such as Scald, and Knock Off are both extremely good moves and will be must-haves in Regulation E and future metas.
When it comes to defensive moves, Grassy Glide takes the spotlight, although nerfed in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet you will see tons of meta Pokémon coming into the battlefield with this in their set and should be prepared to face it.
